Welcome to my newest blog. What is a kimberline you ask? Well where I live in Portland, Dorset, it is a nickname given to newcomers to the Island. Yes Portland is an Island seperated from Weymouth by a causeway. Its part of the Jurassic coast and I love living here. I will be posting lots of different things I hope you enjoy visiting here. We are having some nice weather here at long last, we went to the beach on Saturday and on Sunday we went to a vintage car show, it was a fantastic weekend.

This was my first creation. I found the navigation easy to follow and it was easy to alter the embellishments on the scrapbook software programme.
I have been experimenting with this software and I am very impressed with their scrapbook software. I have always shyed away from Digital software for scrapbooking in the past. I have never been good at graphics programmes but once you get the hang of this package it is very easy to use and you can create some wonderful pages with the my memories software. There is lots of additional help on the Mymemories website. You can purchase some fabulous digital kits to create your pages with. They also have free kits which are wonderful too. They add new kits all the time, I love checking in to see what they have. You can also add music and video's to your pages. Great for when you have family and friends around to show them treasured memories.

This is why her symbol is Venus, goddess of beautiful things as well as love. Even so, the Empress is more Demeter, goddess of abundance, then sensual Venus. She is the giver of Earthly gifts, yet at the same time, she can, in anger withhold, as Demeter did when her daughter, Persephone, was kidnapped. In fury and grief, she kept the Earth barren till her child was returned to her.
